squat routine

I do my squat routine in two phases, that is, with two dirrerent poundages. For the first wave I do: 6x16with80lbsashalfsquats then: 5x12with80lbsasfullsquats then: 5x12with 150lbsashalfsquats then: 4x8with150lbsasfullsquats. I expect myself to do this routine once every four days at least, usually.
